Placeholder Employees
Generic template roles for forecasting headcount not yet hired (e.g., "Field Engineer — Placeholder"). Importing a new roster does not affect these. Jobs can use each placeholder as many times as needed.
Cost Code Setup
Manage the master list of cost codes and descriptions. Jobs pull from this list by default and can override the description individually if needed.

Craft Code Setup
Default cost code for each Craft Code. New Craft Codes appear here automatically (blank) the first time they show up on an import or a new employee — fill in a cost code and every current employee with that Craft Code picks it up immediately. Changing a cost code here never affects people already added to a job's Timespan; only new additions from this point on pick up the new value.
Audit Log
Every action taken in this app, who did it, and when — rate/salary access is flagged separately. Visible only to you; independent of Setup Maintenance.
Consolidated Timespan
Consolidated view of every person's forecasted allocation across all selected jobs — spot who's available, fully booked, or double-booked.
